Wiltshire based Christine Douglas is a fully qualified, experienced Pilates Instructor.
She completed her training in Pilates matwork with the highly regarded Body Control Pilates® Association in July 2001 and is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals at Advanced Level 3.  Christine regularly attends courses to extend her knowledge and training.

Studio and Pilates classes in Wiltshire

Christine runs a machine-based Pilates studio from Pewsey, Wiltshire and has been teaching Pilates  classes (matwork) in various locations from Pewsey to Devizes in Wiltshire since 2002.  Currently matwork classes are held at Milton Lilbourne, Rushall, Easterton, Market Lavington and Great Cheverell in Wiltshire. Classes are also held for students at schools such as Marlborough College.
